职位描述：
Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Check and confirm supplier booking, check trade terms, FOB or FCA, inform supplier and warehouse team, shipping team for inbounding arrangement;
检查供应商提交上来的BOOKING. 根据贸易条款：FOB或FCA确认BOOKING, 邮件通知供应商并CC给IN2LOG相关人员跟进入仓事宜；
- To update receiving discrepancy report;
更新收货异常报表；
- To update unloading report, assist for inbounding customs inspection;
更新入仓卸货信息；协助处理入仓海关查验。
- To contact trucking company for import and transshipment receiving;
进口柜/中转柜需提前一天邮件通知CMBL泊位信息；
- Follow up the delivery status of the receiving plan. record gate in date time/release date time/doc number/CNTR nbr/truck nbr for all inbounding truck, print unloading documents for unloading;
跟踪到柜情况，卸货司机到仓交单时，提供泊位并登记入仓的信息（入闸时间/海
关放行时间/入仓单号/柜号/车牌等），然后打印卸货清单，交单给理货组卸货；
- To record the time of finish unloading, inform driver if it is FCA, inform truck company return empty if it is import container;
待卸完货之后，在登记表上更新卸货时间等，如是工厂送货到仓的，打电话通知司
机拿闸纸出闸；进口柜则发邮件通知海运及时还柜；
- To update unloading report;
更新卸货登记表；
- To download customs data from CMBL system, update inward number to INFOLOG;
根据入仓单号在海运公共信息平台打印入仓报关信息并根据入仓报关信息核算出金额，毛重，净重在INFOLOG系统更新报关信息；
- To check quantity, specification, brand, product name in customs data contact supplier if find any error;
检查并记录供应商报关异常情况（数量，品名，规格，品牌）并联系供应商处理相
关问题；
- To keep inbounding documents for future checking;
整理卸货清单，装订留底；
- To make detailed receiving report for Merison, Habitat and related new customers;
整理各类收货明细报表，并发给相关人员;
- Other tasks assign by the superior
完成经理安排的其他任务

Job Requirement 岗位要求
- College graduation above
    大专以上学历
- Logistic experience, be good at time scheduling, database analyses (preferred)
    具备物流管理经验，擅长时间管理及数据分析
- Good at English in both reading and writing
    熟练英语听、读、写
- Basic Computer Skills, MS Windows and Office EXCEL
    熟练操作办公软件
- Able to work under pressure
