职位描述：
? GL Accounting, responsible for recording and reporting according to Chinese GAAP as well assist in reporting according to German HGB.
? AR/AP Accounting, support all departments following up liabilities and receivables.
? Ensure transparency regarding the company’s cash flow, advice the CFO about measures for efficient cash management; inform the management about risks timely.
? Ensure correctness of the company’s tax statement, issue quarterly corporate income tax statements, assist HR regarding IIT, establish and maintain a stable relationship with respective tax and finance authorities.
? Ensure compliance with Chinese laws & regulations in special but not limited to financial affairs. Inform the management about possible risks timely.
? Monitor and assist selected suppliers with implementation and afterwards with maintenance of the ERP system (FI module).
? Assist in establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the company’s financial processes. For example: Payment Application Process, Cash Forecasts and Budgeting Process.
? Support the CFO in establishing and maintaining profit & cost center accounting.
? Coordinating bookkeeping and period closings with the company’s third party accounting agency.
? Support the CEO/CFO in additional finance related and administrational tasks, ad-hoc requests, reports and statements.
