Job Discription:
1. Analysis of TB for expense/Balance sheet/main KPIs
Bridge of FM customer vs PM and budget
Prepare for F2F monthly pack
2 Monitor cash pool status and make weekly cash plan forecast
Review, consolidation and analysis of weekly cash flow forecast
Support of NRA transfer/Cross-border payment
3 Budget working file review and consolidation (customer/station P&L)
Prepare for Balance sheet budget
Budget upload in Hyperion
Support budget revision
4 Review office lease contract and ICAP
Review vendor contract
5 Weekly forecast/Flash report - Weekly
One-off summary file - Monthly
Sales incentive calculation – Quarterly
Data extraction from system – Ad hoc
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
2. 6+ years working experience in MNC
3. Certificate of Accountant
4. Strong knowledge and skills in Excel
5. Effective oral & written communication skills in English & Chinese, CET-6 preferred
6. Self motivated
7. Strong ability to work independently
8. Willing to take challenge and learn new skills
