职位描述：
We are a prominent growing manufacture of consumer products, distributing to major channels of retail businesses. We currently have an opening for a Transportation Clerk to work with our Asia customer service team. Job Duties: - Analyze, group and release orders to freight forwarder booking system.
- Route orders using customer’s tools while meeting their requirements
- Input order required data in Smart Suite system and shipping documents (BDP Specific program)
- Schedule shipments with carriers both verbally and electronically using customer software tools.
- Provide support to customers and internal departments.
- Make sure all shipping documents for both automated and manual shipments being sent to USA team.
- Assist with special expedited freight situations
Other Requirements: - Motivated, positive attitude, hands-on, self-starter and self-directed
- Organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of Ocean BOL’s
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work in independently or in a team environment
- Experience working in a position that requires multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese languages.
- Must possess basic math skills
- Typing/keyboarding and customer service skills essential.Apply No

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2 years’ distribution/transportation experience in a high volume, route delivery operation, ocean and air.
Education and / or Experience:
· Knowledge of Asian export regulations
· Knowledge of country of origin marking, customs export process, TEU stands, INCO Term, HS code.
· Knowledge of air shipment size and weight requirements as well as impact of palletization.
· Bachelors Degree Of Science desired
