Job Description（职位描述）
? Plan & Generate CNC programs to control contour-path machining of metal and plastic parts on CNC Machining Centres by analysing drawings, sketches and design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds & feed rates according to knowledge of machine-shop processes, part specification and machine capabilities
规划和生成CNC金属和塑胶件加工项目分析图以控制轮廓度轨迹，模拟和设计零件并确定加工尺寸数据，选择刀具，依据加工工艺、机器能力和零件说明设定工艺设定转速和进刀速度。
? Adjust and troubleshoot CNC programs and manufacturing processes to ensure that parts are produced according to drawing’s requirements
调整和排除CNC程序和制造工艺故障，以确保零件按照图纸要求生产。
? Endure that all set-ups and rework are done in a proper manner
确保所有的调机和返工方法都是恰当的
? Responsible for detailed review of customer drawings and the creation of 3D solid modelling using CAD/CAM software
负责详细的的审核客户图纸，用CAD/CAM软件建立3D模型。
? Design Jigs & Fixtures if required
按照需求设计夹具和钻模
? Responsible for ensuring that revision levels of documents, datasets and models match those in the Process Routing
负责和确保文件修订版本，数据库和型号匹配在工艺路线内
? Prepare process drawings to illustrate the state of a part or material at various stages in processing
准备工艺图纸说明目前的产品或原材料在不同的工艺阶段
? Responsible for marking-up customer drawings and preparing inspection report forms when required
根据需要负责客户图纸估价和准备检查报告表
? Plan the Process sequence including all necessary Equipment, Cutters & Tools, Jigs & Fixtures and necessary Inspection Tools & Equipment
编排工艺流程，包括所有必要的设备，刀具和工具，钻模和夹具和必要的检查工具和设备。
? Planning & programming the machine contour-path machining of customer parts
按照客户零件计划和设计轮廓度加工方法
? Able to read blue prints, understand drawings, and determine best methods for setting-up and machining a part
能看懂设计图，确定最好的调机方法和加工零件方法
? Selection of cutting tools and determining machine speeds and feed-rates
选择刀具工具和确定机器速度和进给速率
? Knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications and machine capabilities
掌握加工车间工艺，零件技术参数和机器能力
? Determine reference points and direction of machine cutting paths
确定参考点和指导机器加工方法
? Compute angular and linear dimensions, radii and curvatures
计算角度和线性参数，半径和弯曲
? Create setup sheets and tool sheets to guide setup and operation of machine
建立调机表和工具表，以指导调机和操作机器
? Participate in team problem solving and preventive/corrective action as required

Profile（要求）
? A Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machining or related discipline with solid experience working in Metal Machining Industry
? More than 3-year’s experience and previous CNC programming experience would be an advantage
? CNC programming and MasterCam experience is a must
? Strong CAM experience for multi-axis machining
? Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks or CATIA is preferred
? Knowledge of Turning, Wire-Cut, EDM and Grinding experience would be an added advantage
? Good interpersonal & communication skills
? Strong technical sense and industry experience
? Hands-on and energetic with strong motivation to improve performance and development of teams
? Speaking English and/or Korean is recommended
