工作职责：
?Scope covering
PaymentID activities
?To manage customer orders produced in accordance with demand planned production. This includes but not limited to:
Artwork management
Order processing
Logistics
Reporting
Forecast
?Analyse of customer orderelements, ensure efficient communication with region customer service sales
?Liaise with region CS for internal work order issuing and component allocation
?Follow up with region CS for new artwork processing
?Liaise with Project engineer for NIP and installation
?Monitor status of delivery, coordinate with Planning for best delivery schedule, to maximize on time delivery based on SLA
?Review order status, rolling forecast with region in regular basis, e.g. weekly conf-call or summary report
?Liaise with Planning for materials procurement upon orders
?Liaise with technicalFinance to apply for internal transfer price
?Coordinate with logistics for shipping and customs issues. Check and validate all shipping documentations. Ensure accuracy
?Work with logistics for transportation quotations
?Responsible for sales contract review
?Provide assistance to follow up payment and invoices
?Ensure ERP systems maintenance and data update
?Follow up customer complaint and provide assistance of CCAR report
?Customer information collection and relationship maintenance
?Customer security information maintenance

2 years or above order management experience or relevant working experience

Knowledge of Smart Card product
Good skills in order management, communication, ERP, Excel
