职位描述

POSITION: Human Resources Supervisor

LOCATION:ChongQing


SUMMARY: Responsible for providing HR and Adm support at a Laird manufacturing site. Provide assistance for maintaining a viable workforce through recruitment, compensation, employee relations, government compliance, payroll and benefits to ensure the effective and economical use of the company's human resources. Serves as a resource for all employees regarding employee relations' issues.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all personnel.
  2. Direct recruitment effort; new-employee orientations; employee relations and exit interviewing.
  3. Create programs that support and foster a working environment that adapts to changes and promotes high performance through team and individual employee involvement.
  4. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function.
  5. Interface and coordinate with global facilities to ensure continuity of HR systems.
  6. Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Work to make sure that local HR objectives are aligned with corporate strategies.
  7. Rewrite job descriptions; conducts annual salary surveys; analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
  8. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness, information activities program, and cash flow.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance for internal HR staff and local management
  10. Develop and maintain effective working relationships by providing proactive support for employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, compensation, benefits and payroll.
  11. Ensure compliance with local laws and consistency within the site.
  12. Assist customers & EICC audit

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High energy level, comfortable with multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  2. Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
  3. Proficient in the use of the Internet and Windows based applications with HRIS savvy.
  4. Results and people oriented, but have sound judgment. Service oriented, but assertive/persuasive.
  5. Ability to travel.
  6. Candidate must be a self-directed team player and have a high level of motivation.
  7. Decent knowledge employment laws and regulations required.
  8. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  9. Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain policies and procedures and defend actions.
  10. English ability

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  1. BA degree required.
  2. Generalist background with knowledge of employment, compensation, employee relations, and development.
  3. 5+years experience with various exposure within H R.
