Job Title

Statutory & Tax Accountant

Job Description

To carry out statutory & tax compliance functions in all aspects of activities in accordance with internal/external control requirements, to ensure integrity of RTR (Record-to-Report) and S&F (Statutory & Fiscal). Daily tax claim and statutory report related work of assigned legal entities.

1.Responsible for continually monitoring the financial control processes and ensuring that tax and accounting transactions are executed in accordance with tax laws and established standards of internal control for assigned legal entities.

2.Fully understand the sources of the tax return supporting documentation and reporting process including the flow of tax related transactions from the source documents, to the tax reports used for filing purposes, to the tax accrual accounts to ensure accuracy of information.

3.Take lead of tax account reconciliation preparation/review and periodic ICS documentation/review for assigned legal entities.

4.Prepare all analysis and working papers used for preparation of tax returns and related filings.

5.Responsible for overseeing the proper application of indirect taxes and projecting tax payments

6.Assist different purpose auditing (internal and external), including audit schedule preparation and responding to audit inquiries.
