职位描述：
1、对外相关部门联络接待，对内接待来访，接听来电，解答咨询寄传递信息工作
2、负责日常办公用品、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理

3、负责公司相关证照年审、变更等业务办理及外联事务处理

4、跟进产品销售情况，不定时检查产品库存，及时做好后勤保障工作

5、协助公司招聘管理工作，入职手续办理
任职要求：

1、文秘、行政管理等相关专业中专以上学历，能力突出者可适当放宽专业要求；
2、熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件，P图软件；
3、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力

薪酬福利：
  1、试用期3个月，能力出色者或提前完成考核可提前转正；
 2、上班时间：5天制，每天8小时，9:00-12:00,13:30-18:00；
 3、缴纳五险一金；
