Oracle EBS(财务模块)项目经理/Project Manager
工作职责：
- 参与Oracle EBS财务模块项目的实施及管理工作，包括理解客户需求，需求分析，方案设计，模块配置测试，实施维护和系统性能优化；
- 参与 EBS项目的实施规划, 运用 EBS 实施方法论, 针对行业特点和企业自身环境, 给出相应的实施重点、实施策略和方法；
- 响应用户需求，熟练解决系统用户日常问题；
- 负责Oracle EBS功能扩展等二次开发的需求整理工作；
- 协同开发人员进行系统配置，系统测试；
- 负责编写Oracle EBS系统需求设计和操作手册，完成用户培训；
- 管理、完善项目相关文档；参与公司的其他项目，并提供必要的业务支持。
职位要求：
- 熟悉Oracle EBS系统Finance财务模块,能够独立进行方案制定、系统设置、客户培训等工作；
- 参与Oracle ERP相关项目的咨询工作，包括售前、培训、项目实施、应用支持、客户服务等工作；
- 熟悉系统集成技术，做过EBS集成接口方案设计及开发；熟悉财务领域的静态、动态业务数据期初切换方案；
- 精通Oracle ERP业务流程、系统架构、数据结构，具有较强的系统错误诊断能力；
- 能够实施过程中的二次开发需求，并编写功能文档，并对开发结果进行实施测试；
- 编制相关的用户使用手册，对用户进行相关的培训工作；解决系统运行过程中出现的问题，提供技术支持及应用维护；
- 熟悉EBS系统各个模块相关客户化开发工作，包括表单、报表、存储过程等，具有Oracle OAF开发或有Oracle 数据仓库开发经验者更佳；
- 具有3年以上Oracle EBS工作经验，至少有1个以上Oracle EBS财务模块项目实施经验；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，工作认真负责，执行能力强，团队协作性佳；
- 遵照约定及规则作业，懂得换位思考，具备良好的沟通能力。
- 英语听说读写良好。
