职位描述：
PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES:
1.Lead the Operations team on production management and improvement, manufacturing engineering management and improvement, IE, safety and facility, materials and planning control and other functions
2.Build and maintain a high efficient team, develop and motivate members.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To lead the group towards achieving the MFG objectives and maintain an appropriate team;
2.To develop and motivate all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback;
3.To lead and coach the team to meet mass production yield and productivity targets;
4.To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to plant wide realization
5.To improve the efficiency of manufacturing and engineering process
6.Improve Labor efficiency and reduce scrap

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant subject
2.Minimum 8 years’ experience in operation and engineering fields with at least 5 years in managerial position in similar capacity;
3.With 3-5 years working experience in the automotive industry
4.Familiar in the SMT process and with experience in managing the molding, vacuum glue, ovens, overflow
5.With experience in Lean production management and automation
6.With solid experience in management materials planning, warehousing and logistics
7.Familiar with TS16949 qualification requirement
8.Familiar to equipment costing and application, technical and details oriented
9.Good command of spoken and written English
10.Familiar with customers requirement, such as EICC, SA8000
11.Proficiency in computer literate (Ms-office, auto-CAD or solid works are plus);
12.Initiative, team player and strong sense of responsibilities.
13.Strong interpersonal communication skills
14.Strong planning & organization skills, strong leadership.
