职位描述：
. 1>. Oversee all accounting activities such as: Maintain and monitor proper accounting records;
. 2>. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annual reporting to the Group;
. 3>. Manage all accounting-related projects;
. 4>. Ensure accounting and reporting are accurately, timely prepared and consolidated, submitted according to both local and US requirements;
. 5>. A key role on budget process and company information collection;
. 6>. Organize the accounting department and comply with finance policies and procedures set by the Group；Ensure full compliance of SOX in this role;
. 7>. Implementation of controls as required by changes in business processes, audit reviews;
. 8>. Participate and provide support to the business and management team;
. 9>. Other duty assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
. 1>.Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, CPA or related professional accounting qualifications;
. 2>. 8 years plus related finance/accounting experience in multinational company;
. 3>. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English within China;
. 4>. Effective leadership skills with drive, innovation and strong sense of commitment and adaptive to change;
