工程领域学位，加工，化学或机械，8年以上废弃物处理和复杂项目管理经验（化工行业和工艺厂优先）
至少5年在商务和合同方面的工作经验，良好的商业谈判技巧
中文流利；英语流利;
熟练掌握所有办公软件
有施工管理经验者优先
有加工工厂背景优先
能多次往返出差

化肥/化工行业，新项目的管理和领导
任期：6个月，可选择延期
项目的设计和工程大部分会在罗马尼亚和中国进行
项目的执行在杭州 工作地点:杭州 上 海

工作职责：
项目会议时间表，项目会议的预算
负责汇报项目进展和业绩
负责项目的实施和管理，以达到客户的完全满意

工作接口：
对外： 制造商，分包商和供应商，客户
对内： 直接经理，项目工程师

Project Manager 项目经理


Job Description:
Management and leadership of a new TK project in the fertilizer/chemical industry,
Assignment period: 6 months with an option for extension.
The designing and engineering of the project will take place mostly in Romania and China.
The execution of the project will take place in Hangzhou, China.


Responsibilities:
？Meeting project timetable
？Meeting project budget
？Responsible for the reporting of the project progress and performance
？Raising flags to dire3ct & senior management.
？Responsible for project implementation according to customer’s complete satisfaction.


Working Location:
？Hangzhou, China.
？Shanghai, China


Interfaces:
External interfaces: Manufacturers, subcontractors and suppliers, customer.
Internal interfaces: Direct manager, engineers working in the project


Experience required:
？More than 8 years experience in waste treatment and complex projects management.(preferably in chemical industries and process plants)
？At least 5 years experience in commercial and contractual matters.
？Experience in construction management – is an advantage
？Process plant background – is an advantage.


Qualifications required:
？Education: degree in an engineer area – process, chemistry or mechanical
？Good commercial and negotiating skills
？Availability for multiple travels
？Fluent English & Chinese
