职位描述：
Job Title: Accountant Receivable
Department: Finance
Report to: Finance Manager
【Responsibilities】
? AR invoices update timely in system. Including domestic and overseas invoices.
? AR Invoices issued and delivery to customer.
? AR cash receipts. Receive the remittance from bank, communicate with customers regarding their account status and make subsequent collection of payments and process cash application in SAP
? Tariff payment online daily. Filing the vouchers according to AR policy
? AR weekly meeting report and weekly KPIs update.
? AR Monthly meeting with sales and customer services. Ensure that Bank Statement Overview amount is consistent with AR reconciliation on a daily basis. Keep good communicate with customer service & sales team.
? Bad debts management.
? AR customer deposit booking and updating.
? AR month end closing, finish AR charts. Verify all AR entries have been completed in accordance to Month-end Closing Schedules
? Credit management of customers
All other duties as assigned or required
【Qualifications】
? Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting
? 3+ year working experience in SAP system experience is preferred.
? Both in English writing and speaking.
? Familiar with MS office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint , SAP
? Have general knowledge under the IFRS and China tax laws 举报 分享
