Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for installation, architecture, maintenance and configuration of all Server equipment and components. Works with Global Server & Storage team to plan, design, analyze, and provide technical support for the Server & Storage;
2. Manage and Administer server and storage environment including VMware, Microsoft Windows servers, patching, backups, file share management;
3. Administer the messaging environment for APAC running on Exchange 2007R2, and skype for business messaging environment according to global standards;
4. Support the global Active directory team with group policy and basic domain maintenance;
5. Act as 2nd level escalation for support incidents in server and storage, AD, and messaging;
6. Manage the migration to O365 as well as provide support for on premises systems.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree/diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 5 years of working experience;
2. Good understanding of all Windows Operating systems and must have working experience with Windows Active Directory infrastructure;
3. Good understanding of VMware and must have working experience with Vmware technology
4. Good overall understanding of Microsoft based IT infrastructure solutions – preferable with related Microsoft certifications.
