Role Title:
Senior Customer Service Specialist
Department or Function:
Customer Service
Reports to Role(s):
Sales Coordination Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
1. Handle orders from B&Q and other key account/projects
2. Act as contact window who will communicate directly with customers/sales/factories/logistics for whole order process handling, delivery follow up and build customer loyalty
3. Support finance for overdue payment
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Act as contact window for customers, responsible for order processing, delivery follow up and provide professional commercial support to customers
2. Proactively follow up on payment and partial deliveries to realize max. sales revenue and help factory to reduce stock level
3. Deal with customer inquiries/complaints, communicate with sales/factory/logistics to solve customer issues and build customer loyalty
4. Forecast communication and order report preparation
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Education/ Knowledge:
1. University degree in Business Administration, International Trade or equivalent
2. More than 3 years experience in customer service, with strong communication skills
3. Proficient in both written and spoken English
4. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
