For our Process Industries and Drives Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 商务助理 工作地：北京.

What are my responsibilities?

CEPD Monthly Report

In order to better support CEPD performance, support CEPD BA with monthly summary and analysis report, regarding contents of productivity, cost, etc.

CEPD project cost follow-up, analysis and report

Support CEPD BA with following up project cost and making NCC cost report of closing projects monthly; providing project cost report according to specific requirments of CEPD PM/TLs/DM.

CEPD Cost Efficiency / Productivity Improvement

In order to improve CEPD cost efficiency and productivity, analyze CEPD fixed cost and variable cost and support with the improvement actions

Commercial tasks of SFAE Shunyi Branch

Support the branch set up

coordinate with government authorities for branch set up in case of necessory;

create sales orders and billings in SAP;

Issue VAT invoice

Engineering monthly report In order to better support Engineering performance, monthly summary and analysis report is necessary, regarding contents of productivity, cost, etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above

2. Majoring in accounting/finance is preferred

3. Good English

4. Good at Excel and power point

5. Quick-learning and being responsible

6. SAP knowledge is preferred
