职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责生产任务具体安排和达成情况的落实；
2、产品品质监控和人员的现场管理；
3、产前生产资料的接收和管理。生产时生产资料的确认和发放；
4、负责物料的收，退。跟进和监控生产物料的使用，降低物料损耗；
5、了解产品的生产工序及各工序生产注意事项，特殊工序，请教相关人员或要求其培训员工；
6、合理安排人员，确保生产顺利进行，跟进生产，处理异常情况；
7、负责产品的包装，入库；
8、检查，确保生产中和生产后各工位和车间5S；
9、上级安排的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：
1、高中/中专以上学历，三年以上电子厂工作经验，一年以上组长管理经验；
2、熟悉电子物料，熟悉DIP生产流程，能够合理安排员工工作。
