- Provide local support to all IT related matters to offices in Shanghai and any subsidiaries in the region.
负责上海总公司及下属区域公司IT技术支持
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and authorised applications.
安装计算机操作系统及应用程序。
- Maintaining records of hardware and software license.
证书管理。
- Support Microsoft Office 365 functions/issues.
Office365 维护支持。
- Be responsible for daily desktop hardware and desktop application support, server upgrade/maintenance and network management.
日常电脑软硬件维护、服务器维护及公司网络管理。
- Maintain other IT related equipment and office equipment including CCTV, access control system, PABX, Printer, Scanner, fax machine, copy machine, projector, etc.
维护其它IT周边设备及办公设备如闭路电视、门禁系统，程控交换机，打印机、扫描仪、传真机、复印机、投影仪等。
- Communicate with users of all levels in PRC and communicate with IT team of head office.
与国内员工沟通，与集团总部IT部门沟通。
- Coordinate with vendors of hardware, software and network.
与软硬件供应商及网络服务供应商沟通协调。

Job Requirements
任职资格
- University graduate or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
本科学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业。
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in networking support, PC hardware and software support, server hardware and software support.
3年以上网络支持、电脑软硬件支持及服务器软硬件支持经验。
- Familiar with DHCP/LDAP/DNS/, powershell scripting, TCP/IP, Hyper-V, Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 etc.
熟悉相关软件及程序如DHCP/LDAP/DNS/, powershell scripting, TCP/IP, Hyper-V, Windows Server 2008 R2/2012等。
- Some programming experience and software development skills.
具备基本的编程及软件开发能力。
- Work independently, good troubleshooting skills.
具备很强的独立解决技术问题的能力。，
- Good communication skills, logical and analytical.
沟通能力强，逻辑性及分析能力强。
- Team player, pleasant personality, good service attitude.
有团队精神，有亲和力，服务意识强。
- Good command of English (reading& writing).
