Mobility Consultant

Job Description:*
Crown is the largest privately-held group of companies in the world providing a full range of international relocation services. We are also a leader in business records management and provide specialized transportation and warehousing services. We are currently seeking applications for our Global Mobility Services division, for the position of Crown Mobility Consultant. This position is based in Shekou, Shenzhen and reports into the Account Manager. Key services include working with HR professionals and their transferring executives to deliver a suite of relocation programmes, including Orientations, Home Searches, School Searches, Tenancy Management, Immigration and Cross-Cultural Training.
Whilst the role will encompass the management, coordination and handling of expatriate destination services across the breadth of the Crown product line, the current and immediate emphasis will be on client facing tasks including account management, co-coordinating home & school finding, policy development and counseling, report preparation, service partner management, etc. Thus knowledge and/or experience in these areas will be advantageous. In-house training under the umbrella of Crown University will also be provided.

A good Mobility Consultant has great listening, time-management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to empathize and cater to clients' needs, resulting in delighted customers every time. Needless to say the ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures is a key skill in this role. An interest in other cultures, travel, and overseas living would also be advantageous. Research and initiative are encouraged, and the individual will have a wide margin to grow and develop.

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years experience in relocation services and will have: (less experience will also be considered)

? a proven track record in coordinating relocation services
? a strong Customer/Client focus with proven client liaison skills
? a global mindset and intercultural awareness
? strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
? Fluent English and a definite advantage if good at other languages.
? an advantage if able to use Office (Word and Excel)
? knowledge of relocation services in China would be advantageous
