POSITION DESCRIPTION FOR CROWN ONSITE BEIHAI
TITLE : Customer Service Consultant
RESPONSIBLE TO :Global Mobility Service Account Manager
1. PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE
? Support Crown Global Mobility Service team to deliver accurate, timely, courteous, professional services for our corporate client with in alignment to Master Service Agreement.
2. DUTIES
? Support Crown Global Mobility Manager and the team by carrying out various administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting with processing of client’s related payments checked and verified by Crown prior to approval and payment by client including housing rental, school fee, etc.
- Assisting with documentation sign off by client’s stockholders
- Assisting with check and verify the reimbursement of expat expenses
- Record all the expenses in Expense Management tracker on weekly basis
- Acting as Crown Contact Window to collect any service request from corporate HR or expat and allocate to responsible resources to deal with
- Assist with coordination of Real Estate agents and any other vendors.
- Coordinate a range of services including immigration, lease agreement signing process, orientation, home search, settling-in, tenancy management and repatriation in Beihai
- Track lease expiries & visa expiries utilizing Crown’s Interact technology platform
- Keep updating the relocation database for each cases
- Other duties as directed by senior management.
