流程项目经理(Project Advisor)
主要工作职责：
l 编制并执行项目计划，根据实际变化情况或要求进行修订
l 识别所需资源并安排项目小组成员的工作
l 对项目及范围进行日常管理
l 在组员交付流程项目之前，进行每阶段的评审
l 有效应用英标方法论并固化项目标准
l 合理评估和识别项目风险，并将其降到最低
l 确保项目文档完整，最新并合理存档
l 有效管理项目预算，及成本控制
l 严格按项目时间计划来执行
l 使用合适工具来跟踪及评估项目实施情况
l 为组员提供指导及支持
l 提供项目报告包括项目进展，存在问题及解决方案
l 上级领导指派的其他内容
职位要求：
l 在业务流程管理和优化，项目管理，或解决方案方面有丰富的经验
l 在企业管理及咨询方面，如战略规划，业务流程优化，集团管控，风险管理和变革管理方面有实操项目经验
l 专业得体的沟通及演示能力
l 有管理咨询或体系咨询2年以上经验，了解服务业、金融业、物流行业，制造业或相关背景优先考虑
l 能适应经常出差
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
l Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
l Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
l Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
l Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
l Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
l Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
l Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
l Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
l Manage project budget
l Plan and schedule project timelines
l Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
l Provide direction and support to project team
l Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
l Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
l Project evaluations and assessment of results
l Other assignment by tutor manager
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
l Rich experience in project management / Business Process Management or equivalent
l Proven experience in strategic planning / risk management / change management
l Decent communication and presentation skills
l Service / Financial / Logistics background/industry is preferable
