This job will be based in Shanghai, and will require occasional travel to factory locations in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Fujian.

Job responsibilities will include:

· Developing factory pro forma financial statements including cash flow analysis.

· Build ROI models for factory management to understand the benefits from investment in social progress.

· Analyzing key business metrics to develop a more numbers based understanding of waste e.g., staff turnover, rework, capacity, etc.

· To work with senior factory management in China to better understand their business operations.
与在中国的工厂高层合作以更好地理解其业务运作。

· Work side by side with colleagues who specialize in Human Resource and Industrial Engineering.

· Compare data points across industries and factory types to understand trends and possible improvement focus areas.

Pre-requisites
要求：

· College degree with an emphasis in Business, Operations, Finance, or Accounting
大专学历，商业，业务，财务或会计专业。

· Good English and Chinese communication / language skill in writing and listening

· Must be proactive

· Eager to learn and is not intimidated by challenges

· Willing / capable to travel regularly (mainly in China)
