• Follow up on all sample requests and sample approval. Make sure samples are completed prior to customers' deadline. Submit approval samples to customers for approval and follow up with factories if there are any revisions/comments
• Be responsible for all product testing. Check with designated lab for applicable testing protocol. Translate and explain all testing requirements to relevant factories to make sure products can pass the required testing
• Monitor and track production planning to ensure on time delivery. Coordinate with FC department for factory audit and CAP follow-up. Work with QC department for Inspection arrangement prior shipment so as to make sure only quality products will be shipped. Communicate with shipping department for shipment arrangement
• Complete various client requested production status report and internal production and sampling status report
• Visit factory to solve any possible problems occur during sampling or mass production
• Other jobs assigned by team leader

• University graduated, Business English or International trade or other related disciplines are preferred
• 3-5 years merchandising / trading experience, worked in sizable trading company preferred
• Familiar with arts & crafts items such as seasonal products, artificial floral products and other home decoration items
• Able to deal with factory and solve problems with supervision
• Basic knowledge on testing requirements of normal consumer products/home decoration for American market
• Order follow-up experience and some knowledge on the manufacturing process of arts & crafts items or home decoration is an asset
• Familiar with the procurement process of major leading retailers, such as WM/Sam's, Target, Michael's, Costco, Kmart/Sears etc. are absolutely an assets
• Good command of spoken and written English as well as PC skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Custom-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, good team player
• Multitasking and willing to work in a fast-place and challenging environment
