• Data entry to the ERP system
• Generate sales confirmation, purchase order, production notes, statistics and other reports
• Check purchase orders with client commitments, order requirements and other provided information to make sure all information are consistent.
• Support on samples arrangement,testing and follow up production status
• Other jobs as assigned by team leader

• Colleague graduated or above, Business English or International trade or other related disciplines are preferred
• 2 years working experience, fresh graduates have passion in the foreign trade will also be considered
• Experience in ERP, SAP is absolutely an asset
• Good command of written and reading English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, good at figures and good team player
• Hardworking and willing to learn
