职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Ensure appropriate and timely follow up of the assigned sourcing tasks through proper T&A and WIP management to ensure on-time order execution.
? Support cost negotiations & sample development as assigned.
? Coordinate sourcing efforts with cross functional teams
for the respective Dept/Category
? Compile sourcing data
? Handle Business unit administration requirements.

? Manage preparation and distribution of samples, specs and materials to suppliers for costing and product development. Track costing and sample status and monitor completion timeline.
? Compile and consolidate sourcing and costing data.
? Distribute product specs to designated suppliers & support product requirements with relevant cross functional teams.
? Review Tech Packs with Cross Functional Teams to achieve quality, price and delivery requirements.
? Support accurate and consistent execution of component costing.
? Support the supplier quotations and samples process in a timely manner.
? Recommend placement decisions based on supplier capability, capacity, quality & delivery performance.
? Maintain and update the performance data of each supplier on a regular basis. Monitor supplier performance.
? Contribute towards relevant business reports and recaps to better understand and manage the business.
? Assume additional responsibilities and perform special tasks as needed or directed

Qualifications:
? Basic garment technical or production knowledge is required.
? Organized, disciplined, proactive, flexible, sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
? Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.
? Partner with cross functional associates and work together in a positive and collaborative manner.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
? Ability to propose solution to solve problems.
? Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
