Accountant & Administrator

Function: Finance Department
Location: Shenzhen, China

REPORTS TO:

Finance Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Process all Shenzhen employee expenses claims verification and to ensure all claims in line with the company policy.

· Monthly check with vendors, such as QTS attendance record, stationery purchase record.

· Verify all Shenzhen office bank payment voucher against related invoice.

· Initiate bank payments in ICBC online and other bank affairs for Shenzhen office.

· Prepare daily journal entries for Shanghai/Shenzhen/Hongkong office in Kingdee system.

· Prepare monthly account reconciliation sheet after month end close.

· Print out all journal entries and file for Shenzhen/Hongkong office.

· Prepare monthly/quarterly tax filing for VAT/BT/CIT and other tax affairs for Shenzhen office.

· Keep fixed assets list updated and prepare tag for new assets.

· Complete company annual inspection.

· Complete other duties as assigned by the company.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor degree with Bachelor in Finance or Accounting

· 1 to 2 years of experience as Accounting or Administrative Assistant

· Basic knowledge in Accounting, Taxes

· Accurate, organized personality, efficiency and detailed oriented

· Proficient in spoken and written English
