2、能适应轮班。

3、责任心强，能承受压力、吃苦耐劳。

岗位职责：

1、物流、传输管理。

2、领导生产、解决和完善日常中出现的各类问题。

3、监督属下工作完成状况。

4、协调处理日常生产部与其它部门的工作。

5、领导生产团队准时完成生产计划，并提高生产产能。

6、培训生产管理人员。

7、有效的控制本部门员工的加班时间。

8、各类体系的执行和维护，工厂5S等的管理。

9、向上级主管报告日常生产问题等事项。

10、其他事务。
