General Purpose:
* Ensure Product quality and production continuity of below Component products worldwide from new product introduction thru product end-of-life
* Component Products include: Headsets, Cooler and Fan
* Drives the introduction of new products to ensure on-time, high quality, Factory Shipment and production capacity readiness to meet Corsair ramp plans at PVT stage
* Defines testing requirements, specifying test hardware, and generation of testing specifications
* Performs reviews of quality objectives, quality standards and specifications at supplier’s factory
* Performs Outgoing Quality Inspections at the suppliers
* Drives optimization of production yield and throughput/UPH to enhance quality and reduce cycle time and cost
* Sets, reports and meets quarterly standards for UPH and assembly yields across all product categories.
* Drives the reduction of production cycle times and the improvement of product quality
* Drives cost reduction initiatives with all Suppliers.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
? Works with development engineers and Suppliers to ensure new products are designed for high volume cost effective and high quality manufacturing and logistics
? Actively participates in new product development process to ensure that Product Engineering deliverables are executed to meet hub initial stocking quantity dates
? Analyzes existing and new assembly processes to improve manufacturing operational efficiencies and lead formal concurrent engineering, value engineering and cost reduction efforts
? Evaluates and releases the assembly/disassembly, test and packaging processes of all new products into production at all Corsair and Supplier manufacturing sites that will ensure optimum quality, throughput, cycle time and cost
? Drives cycle time reduction, set, report and meet quarterly standards for UPH and assembly yields across all product categories
? Sets, reports and meets quarterly standards for UPH and assembly yields across all product categories
? Develops and validates cost models for every production step for all products produced by Corsair and Suppliers and drive cost reduction initiatives
? Works with Corsair and Supplier Engineering and Quality teams to optimize operational efficiencies and minimizes in-process defects scrap
? Ensures that retail and bulk product packaging solutions meet packaging standards while being optimized for cost effective logistics
? Drives and demonstrates test coverage completeness and yield improvements through the ongoing analysis of production and field return data
? Ensures that assembly and test capacity is in place to meet forecasted Corsair production volumes
? Monitors product quality via source inspection and ongoing reliability demonstration and drives timely resolution of issues
? Drives failure analysis of Customer returns and promptly identifies and drives the implementation of corrective actions
? Acts as the focal point for the escalation of all NPI, production support issues
? Maintains excellent relationship with Suppliers
? Frequently interacts with individuals in administrative or executive positions within company and supplier organizations to obtain and provide information; consult on problems requiring judgment and tact
? Ensures compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies & Procedures, and legal & ethical business practices as well as operating procedures

Essential Skills and Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
? 5+ Years of hands on manufacturing, production or industrial engineering
? Expertise in optimization of factory and retail packaging process flows of high-tech consumer products and to achieve maximum UPH without sacrificing quality
? Solid & sound knowledge in ISO system with line audit experience
? Broad knowledge of Product test, Failure Analysis, In-process quality, Functions and their capabilities to support business objectives
? Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal, problem solving and communications skills
? Proficient in both spoken & written English 举报 分享
