职位描述：

Responsibilities:

-To manage a team of Source Inspectors that are located at supplier sites and ensure the well-being of these inspectors

-To ensure the overall quality performance at the suppliers such as to perform in-process control audit and outgoing inspection at suppliers

-To coordinate root cause analysis and follow up on the corrective action plans found during in-process control audit

-To ensure the lot traceability at supplier sites are meeting customer requirements

-Handle customer complaints systematically and ensure the corrective actions are effective

-Follow up the product reliability testing setup, data verification and samples preparation

-Maintain and support product/process qualification documentation, such as first article inspection, control plan, flowchart, inspection procedure, and work instruction at supplier site

-Good understanding of 8D reports

-Will travel frequently to supplier sites to monitor the team of Sources Inspectors

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

-At least 3-5 years of working experience in quality system management, experience in metal part products in a definite asset

-PC literate and good MS Excel

-Fluent in spoken and written English

-Good communication skills, strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Ability to manage Source inspectors

-Based at Shenzhen

-Experience in multi-national company environment
