Responsibilities:
·Purchase order execution and follow up, including, verify/ key-in quote sheets, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfillment
·Coordinate incoming and outgoing sample with proper sample procedure
·Coordinate & support merchandiser throughout the buying trips, such as buying trip arrangement and participation
·Ensure correctly Key-in data into Retail Link and check & update data status in the system
·Other responsibilities assigned by Merchandising Manager

Requirements:
·Bachelor Degree holder with at least 2-3 years experience in a multinational company, in merchandising function is a plus

·Product Knowledge in Toys or Seasonal items is an advantage
·Good command of English/Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·A good team player
·Able to work under pressure and willing to handle paperwork
·Overseas fresh graduate in related disciplines will be considered
