职位描述：
Goals/Mission:
Wi-Fi Network design and audit, implement network projects, deliver service
Working on complicated network support and troubleshooting.
Wi-Fi Network operation technical support;
Handle change requests.
Tasks:
Network system Operation including installation, tuning and optimization
provide expertise suggestion to customer
In charge of deliver technical documents and reports.
Strong capability on problem solving.
Competence Requirements
Hard skills
3+ years of Wi-Fi Network deploy and 1+years team management experience
In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi network planning and optimization,
In-depth knowledge of major internet routing protocols,
In-depth knowledge of the major router and switch platforms;
Excellent network analysis and troubleshooting skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Expertise in a majority of the following technologies and protocols: BGP,MPLS, OSPF, IP, TCP (internals and flow control), UDP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless (802.11X), Load Balancing (content switching), VPN, AAA systems, etc.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
Able to plan, lead and execute technical tasks as part of a delivery team
Able to understand, explain and present complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical to customers
Flexible in the application of knowledge appreciating the variation in Projects which may give rise to alternative approaches
