Major Responsibilities:

· Formulate Payment and Cash Management (PCM) business targets and compile marketing plans for PCM Sales Team. Work closely with front-line and PCM sales managers to achieve the business targets. Participate in customer meetings to provide technical support of PCM and follow up on PCM sales opportunities and facilitate deals completion.

· Understand customers' business and explore potential needs on PCM services. Provide technical support on customer maintenance to improve user experience. Propose tailor-made PCM solutions according to customers' industry or business specification. Work closely with allied partners to provide quality services to customers.

· Perform PCM portfolio monitoring on regular basis to ensure timely services provided to customers and pipeline requests have been closely followed up.

· Maintain the Group's/ Bank's internal control standards, implement and observe the Group's/ Bank's Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

· Implement the Group's/ Bank's Compliance policy, as applicable to their role.

· Maintain the Group's/ Bank's internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

· Lead the PCM Sales Team to strive for the business targets and provide guidance and support to team members. Ensure team spirit and morale is well maintained.




Incumbent Requirements:

· Analytical power with good foresight, resourceful.

· Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in respective product area in China corporate and commercial banking field.

· Sound knowledge in China's financial market and development, regulations and the implications.

· Good Leadership and people management skill
