The company is a four-time Frost & Sullivan Award-winning supplier of electronics assembly materials. Founded in 1934, our factories are located in North America, Europe, and Asia employing over 600 people worldwide.
To support our expansion, we are seeking well qualified individuals to join our dynamic global team as Area Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Regional / Country Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager's core responsibility is to render the support to sale activities for local customers, at the same time closely communicate with internal and external parties locally, regionally and in USA
Responsibilities:
- To achieve sales goals & objectives in assigned territory.
- Possesses high level of product and market knowledge to advise customer on procedures, applications and techniques.
- Establish rapport with customers.
- Provide prompt response to customer's requirements on training, new products, enquiry's and services.
- Build excellent relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts. Possess detail knowledge of competitive situation and market trends.
- Manage difficult selling situations, complex product systems or large accounts with limited supervision.
- Understands the company's selling philosophy and submits ideas and constructive suggestions to management for new growth area.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing in a similar industry
- Knowledge in sales and marketing practices
- Successful track records in sales and marketing of technical product
-Must possess SMT knowledge preferably with working experience from Semi-Conductor or Electronic industries.
- Strong written/oral communication skill is necessary
- Independent self starter & ability to travel within region at short notice.
-Strong team player, possess high energy level with good leadership and knowledge of customer/supplier relationship.
