Green Mountain Electrical Appliances Technical Consulting (SHENZHEN) Company Limited is seeking an Engineer to support the quality control and inspection of our single-serve coffee machines. In this role, you will execute quality tools (FMEA, GR&R, DOE, etc.) to assess status and improve quality performance of the brewers.


This position requires constant communication with the primary Contract Manufacturers and component suppliers located throughout Asia, and with all members of the Quality and Engineering teams of the Keurig business unit located in Boston, USA. He/she needs to provide support team members of the Quality organization in Asia.


Key Responsibilities

· Support Quality, Engineering and other corporate functions to meet their expectations.

· Support Quality Manager in execution of long / short term actions

· Assist suppliers to develop and maintain quality assurance system

· Assist suppliers to comply with quality system and product safety requirements.

· Execute quality control and inspection

· Execute quality tools (FMEA, GR&R, DOE, etc.) to assess status and improve quality performance

· Execute new product development and product transfer

· Support Quality, Engineering, and other corporate funtions in achieving their objectives

· Complete other projects assigned as needed

· Execute tasks in quality and productivity improvements


Qualifications

· Minimum 7 years of experience of technical experience in Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering

· Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering discipline

· Experience in design, manufacturing, and/or quality assurance of electrical products, particularly home use electrical products

· Understanding of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 16949, ISO 13485, etc.) and Social Responsibility and/or Environmental Management System (ISO 14000, SA 8000, etc.)

· Application of quality tools (FMEA, SPE, DOE, PPAP, etc.)

· Problem solving and failure analysis

· Product safety regulations (consumer products and electrical products)

· Fluent in English and Chinese languages (written and spoken)

· Presentation and negotiation

· Team spirit and cooperation

· Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills
