职位描述：
Mission
With the request of the Group leader, execute & fulfill the part design & development independently.
Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop electronic switches (Steering Column Module, Multi-function Switch, Roof switch, Driving Mode Switch, etc.), or manage supplier to design and develop switches refer on vehicle system functional requirements. Technically support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
2.Collect and analyze technical requirements from customer.
3.Styling & packaging study, homologation investigation, technology feasibility analysis.
4.Create and maintain technical specification; define functionalities and interfaces for switches and actuators, lead design of hardware & software (if applicable).
5.Monitoring supplier to deliver functionalities according to functionality release steps, reviewing and tracking of all relevant supplier documentation.
6.As Interface with test team, follow up integration issues of functions, ergonomics and performance on tests area- vehicle intensive testing, Labcar testing and bench testing according to project timing plan.
7.Work with OEM together to manage suppliers with weekly reviews and reports.
Analyze failures and prepare failure reports, prepare proposals with suppliers together to close open issues.

Requirements:
1.Electrical, electronics, mechanical, automotive or related majors.
2.More than 3 years’ experience on automotive electronic system, familiar with electronic switch or actuators development.
3.Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred.
4.Familiar with forward development process and manufacturing technology of switches.
Familiar with electronic hardware and software, knowledge on LIN will be preferred.
5.Capable of using CATIA and other related tools.
6.Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
7.Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills.
8.Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak.
