Job Summary
Provides HR support and consulting services to multiple locations & business units within the region, serving as the primary Human Resources contact and advisor to managers and employees. Partners with HR peers in execution of regional HR programs and strategies, nation-wide HR team projects & initiatives, and to seek and provide innovative solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business, mitigates risks and ensures legal compliance contributing to the long term financial success of the company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Work as the one stop HR liaison to relevant biz group
? Monitor key indicators and provide proactive measures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of hiring, training, retention, employee relations in synergy with COE and SSC teams
? Promote company culture and people caring by leading or orchestrating HR programs
? Analyze organization issues, design, implement development plans to help improve organizational heath and employee engagement
? Collaborate with HR COE teams to provide tailored solution and consultation to the biz group
? Be an advocate and champion of EICC, labor and ethics compliance
? Be an advisor to the biz group management team
? Be an consultant and practitioner in terms of talent retention/development and succession plan
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, education, Laws, or equivalent discipline preferred.
? A minimum of 10 years’ experience in full lifecycle HR with 3+ year’s COE experience
? Experience in training and development is a plus
? Proficient English communication skills
? Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
? Ability to handle sensitive issue and info with high confidentiality
? The ability of multi-tasking and prioritizing
? Being autonomous and proactive
? Proficient MS Office skills (word\PowerPoint\Excel etc.)
