职位描述
Job Requirement:
· University graduate, accounting major and preferably with professional accountant designation
· 4 years or more financial analysis working experience in multi-national company environment
· Financial & business acumen
· Knowledge of cross-functional work processes within the organization
· Preparation of performance measures
· Monitoring and reporting of business results and KPIs
· Finance/Accounting policies and procedures
· Industry practice and statutory requirement
· Understanding to overall business flow, full knowledge and understanding of products and services offered
· Basic knowledge of express product, business cost and reporting
Job Responsibilities:
· Strategy development and implementation
1) Design of the financial strategy of the corporate dept. deriving from their business strategy to ensure a long-term and sustained contribution to the business success;
2) Responsible for the agreed financial target/strategy implementation together with the function team members.
3) The operational implementation is supported in close collaboration with the finance partner and the whole finance team.
· Performance improvement
1) Responsible for using the Corporate Guidelines, the basic principles of finance policy, tools and methods to ensure a uniform financial view in the responsible corporate department.
2) Control of costs within the corporate department by orientation to internal (and external) benchmarks that form standards and quality criteria for total financial performance.
· Consulting and communication
1) Developing strong business relationships with the functions and management and region finance.
2) Developing and driving the finance agenda for the department/region, analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decision making.
3) Find best solutions for technical questions and problems that arise. Support the development of high performance of the department and financial excellence.
4) Ensure high quality and timely support to the corporate department in the process of target setting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, annual performance management, competency management and change management. Consulting /coaching in financial management issues
· Business analysis, case study and project management
1) Support corporate function and regions on business case study by providing profit/cost analysis to optimize the financial impact through available tools, knowledge and leveraging resources from the finance team.
2) Initiating and supporting implementation of business projects/programs in corporate department based on financial standards/targets.
