职位描述：
Specific duties and responsibilities:
1. Organizing and implementing the technical training in company.
2. Instructions of trainees in the mechatronic projects during the specialized vocational education.
3. Organizing job rotation in different workplace, supervising the professionally training content match to the site training.
4. Creation of tasks for practical activities and tracing the status and result.
5. Guidance and management of the working record which is completed by trainees
6. Cooperation with Vocational training college.
7. Responsible for the implementation of courses and the transfer of knowledge.
8. Disciplinary responsibility for apprentices, responsible for order and security in the area of training center and workshop.

Specialized knowledge and skills:
1. Practical experience in manufactory and assembly field, experience in the use of cutting machine tools and CNC knowledge.
2. Practical experience in electrical engineering, experience in control technilogy, pneumatics, hydraulic, PLC and sensor systems is a plus.
3. Good English listening and speaking skills, good teaching skills.
4. Cood communication skills and scrupulously conpetency.
5. Willing to learn new disciplines of education and take it as a long career.
6. Senior technician,university or above degree in the field of mechatronics or electrical or comparable qualification.
7. 2~3 years of relevant work experience in the technical training environment, most preferable in a manufacturing environment. 举报 分享

ZAMA history goes back as far as 1958, when the Shinagawa die-casting company started carburetor production in Shinagawa in Japan. Since 1984 all carburetors bear the ZAMA brand. In 1987, ZAMA industries was founded in Hongkong and the headquarter of ZAMA group established in Tai Po in New Territories. In 1998, large parts of the production were moved to Shenzhen. Then in 2009, the former owner sold all shares to ZAMA’s biggest customer Andreas Stihl AG, the worldwide known technology leader for gardening and forestry equipment, one of the biggest family owned business, role model for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Germany. Although being owned by STIHL, ZAMA continues to supply the whole industry with its first class products and services and has proven to be a reliable, trustworthy partner to customers around the world.
