职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责桌面计算机软硬件（计算机、显示器、电话、网络设施、RTX和其他附属硬件设施，如打印机、扫描仪）安装、配置、升级、运行维护与管理，保障桌面系统正常运行，满足日常工作的需要；
2.负责对办公区的网络设备及服务器等进行配置与管理，具备一定的网络知识，熟悉cisco交换机及路由器的配置，熟悉上网行为管理的工作原理及配置，了解无线设备及防火墙的工作原理，并对综合布线有一定了解；
3.负责电话、视频会议系统的运行维护与管理；

任职资格：
1.具备优秀的计算机软、硬件知识，能够快速判断软、硬件故障，并且能够指导用户使用主流软、硬件；
2.熟悉Windows及linux服务器操作系统的安装、操作、配置、故障处理，熟悉Windows域控，LDAP，IIS，DHCP，NAT等服务；
3.具备良好的服务意识与职业素养，沟通能力和良好的语言表达能力，具备团队协作精神；
4.具备优秀的计算机软、硬件及网络基础知识，具有良好的沟通能力，认真负责。 举报 分享
