职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责前台接待工作(客户，各供应商，面试人员)；
2.负责公司招聘工作的进行，招聘网站维护；
3.负责公司及同事酒店、机票、火车票、客户用餐预订工作；各种快递单据的复核工作；
4.负责员工考勤、请休假登记；
5.负责办公文具用品、公司福利、水果、节日礼品等的采购与发放管理；
6.负责办公室的后勤监督与管理；
7.协助公司活动的组织开展；
8.协助行政人事基础性工作的开展；
9.完成上级安排的其他临时性工作

任职要求：
1.有行政人事工作经验者优先考虑！
2.大专及以上学历，熟练操作电脑及办公软件。
3. 性格开朗，正直，勤恳，工作踏实认真，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，有较强的团队协作意识。 举报 分享
