岗位职责
至少3年以上担任过深圳地区大型装饰公司经营部、工程部、合约预算部、企管部等相关部门经理以上职务经历。
熟练掌握装饰装修工程的备案、招投标、成本合约、劳务管理、在施工程的运营管控、竣工结算等的流程与规则。
有很强的项目把控能力、谈判能力、理解能力、沟通能力，原则性强。
必须精通成本、合约、项目运营管控一项或多项的专业要求。
在行业内有广泛的人脉，能够拓展大型公装工程业务。
廉洁忠诚、公正无私、团队合作、有良好的职业操守。

Established in 1999, Shenzhen Lupengcheng Upholstery Design and Construction Corp., Ltd. is a company which integrates decoration design and construction and solely owns an architectural design company. After a dozen years’ development , it has become a large private enterprise engaged in the business of architectural design, upholstery design and construction.
With a registered capital of RMB 30 million, the company is an executive member of Architectural Upholstery Association. It not only owns first grade qualification for the architectural upholstery projects integrated with design and construction but also has the third grade qualification of urban greenery and landscape construction and afforestation.
