Job Responsibilities:
1:Work with customer design team for design concept and requirement review
2:Create 3D solid models and 2D drawings based on customer concept ST0 and specifications required
3:Product 3D & 2D data analysis and design review
4:Work with cross functional team for product cost evaluation
5:3D& 2D drawings for prototype, pilot run and MP with proper dimensional tolerances
6:Robust design for product manufacturing and cost control
7:Product design changes for product mfg process optimization and quality further improvement
8:Lead tooling design DfM with local suppliers
9:Lead prototype build, product testing, product development plan
10:ECN/ECR implements
11:Product development data management
12:Assist product design mgr, as appropriate, in the delivery of their responsibilities
Job Qualification:
1:Team worker, responsible, good logic thinking, self-motivated, pressure-endurable, optimistic and open-character, good communication skills
2:Major: B. S. Mechanical Design, Engineering
3:Good skills of Solidworks, Proe and Auto CAD
4:Skilled reading and written English ability is a must, good command in oral English is preferred.
5:Experience of wide range of product design and manufacturing process
6:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Battery storage, EV, HEV connector and MSD development
7:Familiar with product development process and risk control
8:Familiar with IS09001 and TS16949 quality system
9:Busbar design and mfg knowledge for battery PACK is preferred 举报 分享
