We would like to invite experienced, dedicated and motivated individual to fill the following position: QC
Our role is to ensure the deadline and the quality of the product. As our clients are very demanding on the quality, our role will be to go to the factories and perform control first on material (conformity with the approval sample) and process (correcting the defects on production line). Second on finished pcs. In case of quality issue you should be able to find a solution with the factory to solve them. During all the production you have to control the deadline and ensure the factory will respect it.
The relationship we have with our factories is an important point. They are our partners and as a menber of the QC team you have to collaborate with them, help them and being able to find solution to their quality/deadline problem and maintain good relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
>QC experience ( in textile is a plus)
>Responsible for suggesting process modifications to make
>Responsible for working closely with factories to ensure the respect the deadline and the conformity with the PPS
>Ensure compliance with the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) and clients requirements
>In-depth technical knowledge in raw material &garment is a plus
>Will have to travel frequently
>Fluent spoken and written English is a must
>Experiences to work with European customers is a plus
>Salary is about 4-5K
