HR Supervisor(急聘）

Job Description:

Will be responsible for HR daily administrative job operation and support the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, Compensation, Benefits management and also improve the HR process and regulations to build up a standard HR system.


Responsibilities:

Organize and support departments with the recruitment, training and establish ,execute and manage performance evaluation system.
Establishment of skilling/ training plan under budget control /Training application
Annual headcount budget and monthly report.
Implement and improve the new employee check in process, transfer, changes , termination and other relevant policies and procedures.
Employee data, HR report , employee personal file and labor contract management and maintenance.
Attendance management, employee benefits, welfare program and team activities roll out.
Implement and improve the HR process and regulations.
Responsible for the daily administrative job.
Support HR Manager to manage and lead the HR department.
Report to the HR Manager.
Requirements/Qualification:

Graduated above bachelor degree with HR filed certificates.
Above 8 years experience in HR related field, especially worked at foreign company above 5 years.
Oral and written English communication skills to be conducive with communicating in a global corporate environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Power Point etc.) Proficiency with Kingdee ERP systems is a plus.
Be very sensitive and qualified with Mathemetic knowledge.
Could be working under stress with the attitude of responsibile, patience, passion, aggresive , carefulness .
Ability to work independently and motivated to learning things.
Team player.
Married with Kid is preferred .
