ASSIGNMENTS (main responsibilities)
Part A: Government Affairs
?Establish and maintain business-oriented government relations
?Acquire information of government driven projects and local government policy changes; analysis our current status and conduct the changes to secure that all the laws are well implemented in our office
?Responsible for handling operational government relations issues including day-to-day contact, cultivation of, maintaining of sound relationships with all relevant Shenzhen government agencies to ensure that company is perceived and accepted as a good corporate citizen
?Participate in external official meetings
?Coordinate government related visits and meetings
?Maintain government relationship database
?Responsible for handling approvals, permits or business license updates to enable a smooth operations
?Responsible for all kinds of urgent issues which will involve government policies.

Part B: Administration
?Responsible to lead the admin. team to provide business operation with professional admin. support and service
?Set up the related rules/process according to the government requirement in our office, includes but not limited to Fire Protection, Security, Environmental Protection, commercial and industry, tax etc.
?Other tasks assigned by line manager


COMPETENCE

Knowledge
?College degree, Major in Chemical, Food Engineering or Legal Profession is preferred
?At least 5 years experiences of relationship management with local government authorities in Shenzhen
?Knowledge of laws (Fire Protection, Security, Environmental Protection, commercial and industry and tax, etc) is preferred
?Government Affairs management experiences in multinational company is preferred
?Experiences with enterprise government project application is preferred
?Experiences of dealing with the urgent cases like auditing and safety check etc is preferred
?Local government relations background is preferred

职位描述：
-建立与政府机构长期良好的沟通关系，就公司核心业务领域建立政府关系网络；
-掌握政府最新的政策、法规或信息，分析对公司业务发展的相关的政策、计划和趋势走向等，争取政府相关资源的倾斜，制定合适的对策及解决方案，协调内外公关关系，为公司的发展制造良好的内外环境。
-负责公司与相关政府有关的日常沟通和文件往来，包括日常接待、会议参与、公函写作等，负责参与并实施公司的各项政府活动；处理各种政府公关应急事宜；
-根据相关法律规定，制定公司内部环保、消防、安监、工商税务等涉及政府部门的工作制度和流程，监督相关部门实施；
-与政府下属环保、消防、安监、工商税务相关部建立历良好沟通关系，预防公司潜在风险；
-负责公司各类企业资质的申请与维护；
-负责政府对口资金项目申报、企业重要资质认定工作；
-负责管理及指导行政部门的工作。

职位要求：
-熟悉政府关系，具有政府公关经验，有政府人脉资源者优先；
-在大型集团企业、具有一定社会影响力的企业政府关系管理岗位经历优先；
-精通政府关系的建立与持续维护，熟悉政府相关部门办事流程；5年以上政府公关工作经验，有政府部门工作经验优先；
-专科以上学历，食品、化工、法律相关专业优先；
-有项目申报、审批工作经验，熟悉企业政府项目申报工作者优先考虑；
-善于人际交往，较强的政府公关能力，具备应对、处置的突发事件的能力；
