Location: Shenzhen

Scope of Roles:

• To participate in the design, development and maintenance of analytical data-marts by MIS reporting system;
• To work with other team members to build the infrastructure and drive automation of MIS reporting system to improve efficiency for quick response to business needs.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

• To provide meaningful ad-hoc analysis and MIS to support effective management;
• To ensure timely reporting of related credit / performance information to senior management;
• To produce high quality MIS reports and provide analytical insights;
• To participate in the design, development and maintenance of analytical data-marts, ensuring that the information is updated, and in sync with business operations.

Selection Criteria:

• University degree or above, major in Statistics or Finance related subject;
• Knowledgeable on statistics, and database software e.g., SAS, Excel, Access, VBA;
• Working experience in Risk Management in Consumer Banking is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Unix and PC;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English;
• Have patience, good time management, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
