岗位职责：
1、撰写网上商店商品信息的英文标题与规格说明。
2、新产品调研，选择和竞争对手网站信息跟踪。
3、与销售、客服等部门协调沟通，解决顾客在购买中出现的各种问题，提升消费体验。
4. 英文客户服务支持。
5、管理分类导航，确保顾客可以迅速，正确的找到他们想要的商品。
6、及时了解行业动向，价格体系等信息并制定所负责品类的促销计划。


任职要求：
1、专科或以上学历，英语六级或以上，较强的英文读写能力。（有较好的英文基础者可以放宽学历要求）
2、有无工作经历均可, 曾任职相关行业产品专业翻译者优先。同时欢迎应届毕业生应聘此职位。
3、了解日常电子消费产品以及专业词汇的灵活掌控。
4、熟练掌握Microsoft Word/Excel等软件操作。
5、做事认真细致耐心；很强的责任心。
6、具备良好的心理素质，能适应快节奏高效率的工作环境。

- 玩具/饰品/家居/办公/服装/节日礼品

Position: Category Manager / Technical Writer
Our main product lines are consumer electronic and video game products. our customers are mainly based in North America and Europe, the working language is English.
Job description:
* Responsible for editing, rewriting, technical product naming and specification documents.
* Implement market research and analysis/ Competitor intelligence
* Assist marketing team on category promotions
Mandatory Requirements:
* Fluency in English product naming and product literature/description writing is a must
* Familiar with consumer electronic products including computer peripherals, video games and consoles, MP3/MP4 players, etc.
* At least 1 years experience as a technical writer in English language
* Excellent English writing skills, including command of English grammar and punctuation
* Detail orientation and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
* TEM-6 certification or above, or a good TOFEL record
* Highly creative (this is a creative position -- simple human translators are not considered)
* Ability to work with other writers on projects with aggressive deadlines
Optional Requirements:
Candidates possessing the following qualifications will be considered with priority:
* Knowledge in non-consumer electronic components such as LED and IC components.
* A bachelor's degree with at least one year of computer-science-related coursework or equivalent experience. or past work experience in the field or in similar tasks (please provide sample work).
* Expertise with the following applications: Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
* Fluency in spoken verbal English.
* Good in analysis and number sensitive
