职位描述：
ROLE PURPOSE: - BU: All Hardgoods
Main
-Assure that all reports received from qcs are transferred into SAP correctly . manage the staff workload , verifies the entering rate .correct or make correct the entry errors. Edit a monthly stat report. Maintain accurate entries into the dailyon hold backup recording .
-Participate to the adaptation and evolution of the scheduling and entry tools in proposing ideas or ways .
-Supervise and organize the daily qc affectation through daily schedule and updates editions : transfer instruction through added messages . negotiate and organize workload affectation with factories considering distances and workload by area, skills of qcs / products .; issue results according to our policies. use of cqc.
Secondary (rem : this is not required to other backoffice members )
-Perform inspections and pilot inspections with line process light audit , off shore particularly when Taiwan.
Key Accountabilities - Delivery of Accountability /Key Activities/ Decision Areas
? ？ Selects, according to sampling tables and inspection documents, percentage of completed products, sub-assemblies, components or materials for inspection.
? ？ Examines the product or material for visual/attribute defects, such as dirt, missing/mixed components and quality of product
? ？ Measures dimensions and angles for conformance with blueprints or specification, using measuring instruments.
? ？ Tests function of product either manually or on special test equipment; records findings on the required inspection forms; conveys results on an ongoing basis to management, operators;
? ？ Ensures that all equipment used by department personnel is calibrated and maintained as required and that all records comply with requirements.
? ？ Notifies Quality Assurance and Control management when sampling indicates progressive deterioration in product quality, in order that correction can be made in set-up or operating procedure to forestall production of unacceptable work.
? ？ built the daily QC schedule with QC Manager to affect the resources properly.
? ？ Assure that qc reporting data entries are made timely ( before the end of the next month first week or 5 working days ) and correctly (accurate date, names,qty , dom etc…).

? ？ Maintains established company policies, procedures, objectives, and safety standards.
? ？ Participates actively in continuous quality improvement activities when assigned.
? ？ Demonstrates professional responsibilities and ethics by cooperating with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee relations, interdepartmental objectives, and departmental goals and objectives. Will advise Quality Assurance and Control management of, and ensure the completion of, personnel training needs (including remedial training, etc.) as well as educational needs satisfied outside of the company (training seminars, college classes, etc.).

Essential role related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience at selection:
? Precision measuring instruments use including: pin and thread gauges as well gauge blocks, callipers and micrometers, balances; Newton meter ,torque meter , and calibration verification.

? Basic manufacturing SPC techniques including charting; sampling plans (to include ANSI Z1.4)

? Computer usage ( oulook , excel, word , googlemap…)+ SAP usage , telephone usage , Tablet and camera usage.

? English and Chinese languages

? Proper vision , color detection, smell , hearing and touch for the inspections activities. 举报 分享
