Job brief
We are looking for an Accountant and Administrator. According to our team approach, each team member has a core responsibility. The core responsibility we are looking for is full set accounting & HR management.
Besides the core responsibility, you will join the warm, big family with fully support in the beginning and have the chances to run the projects in the well-organized systems and methods, which will bring your knowledge and experience up to the new levels.
Responsibilities
1. In charge of the full set accounting of the company - about 40%.
2. In charge of the HR responsibility of the company - about 50%.
3. In charge of the office management of the company - about 10%.
Requirements
1. BS/MS degree in accounting or a related subject, graduated from 211 or 985 universities are preferred. Middle-level accounting certificate or above is preferred.
2. 5+ years experience in accounting/HR management, experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
3. Familiar with Kingdee accounting system.
4. Good knowledge of domestic accounting standards.
5. Good knowledge of domestic taxes laws and regulations.
6. Good knowledge of domestic labor laws and regulations.
7. Good knowledge of HKAS, basic laws and regulations.
8. Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
9. Open minded and willing to work in multiple directions.
10. CET-4 or above, solid English language skills (oral and writing).
11. Fluent Cantonese is preferred.
12. Solid team working and cooperation skills.
